It began with a kitchen sink and an idea

Our company began more than two decades ago - with a kitchen sink and an idea.

I was driving a tour bus back then and my wife Louise was selling eyeglass cleaner. It was great eyeglass cleaner, but we decided we could come up with an even better one. We did. And then we developed jewelry cleaner and a polish cream.

We began going to fairs and trade shows. All we had to do was offer to clean a ring. People couldn't get over seeing their jewelry look brand-new again.

Three years later, we quit our jobs so that we could devote ourselves full-time to our growing company. When we first began in the 1980s, my Dad said we'd never sell the first 250 containers of jewelry cleaner we made. We not only sold them, but our sales have soared every year since. Louise likes to point out that, while other companies have product returns, we have customers who return. To buy.

Good things come when you take a leap of faith. When you treat your customer the way you'd treat a neighbor and friend. And when you have a really, really good product.
